 About The Role
 
 
 
 As
 
 Operations Manager
 
 , you&rsquo;ll be the key operational leader overseeing all day-to-day activities across field and support teams. You&rsquo;ll ensure that technicians, schedulers, and customer service teams work in sync to deliver top-quality service that meets the highest safety and regulatory standards. This is a hands-on leadership role where you&rsquo;ll shape operations, drive performance, and help the company continue its growth across the tri-state area.
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead Daily Operations: Supervise all service departments to ensure efficient scheduling, strong communication, and top-tier customer service.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage Scheduling &amp; Logistics: Oversee technician routing and job assignments to maximize productivity and meet deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and Lead Teams: Hire, train, and mentor technicians and administrative staff, building a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure Safety &amp; Compliance: Maintain adherence to NFPA 96 standards and all local safety and fire codes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize Efficiency: Identify process improvements, monitor KPIs, and streamline workflows to boost productivity and reduce costs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Enhance Customer Experience: Handle escalations, build relationships with clients, and ensure every project meets company quality expectations.

 What You Bring
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven experience in an operations or service management role, ideally within HVAC, fire protection, or another field-based service industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of safety and compliance standards (NFPA 96 or equivalent).
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in scheduling, CRM, and operational management software.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
