About The Role
As
Operations Manager
, you’ll be the key operational leader overseeing all day-to-day activities across field and support teams. You’ll ensure that technicians, schedulers, and customer service teams work in sync to deliver top-quality service that meets the highest safety and regulatory standards. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll shape operations, drive performance, and help the company continue its growth across the tri-state area.
What You’ll Do

Lead Daily Operations: Supervise all service departments to ensure efficient scheduling, strong communication, and top-tier customer service.

Manage Scheduling & Logistics: Oversee technician routing and job assignments to maximize productivity and meet deadlines.

Develop and Lead Teams: Hire, train, and mentor technicians and administrative staff, building a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.

Ensure Safety & Compliance: Maintain adherence to NFPA 96 standards and all local safety and fire codes.

Optimize Efficiency: Identify process improvements, monitor KPIs, and streamline workflows to boost productivity and reduce costs.

Enhance Customer Experience: Handle escalations, build relationships with clients, and ensure every project meets company quality expectations.
What You Bring

Proven experience in an operations or service management role, ideally within HVAC, fire protection, or another field-based service industry.

Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Solid understanding of safety and compliance standards (NFPA 96 or equivalent).

Proficiency in scheduling, CRM, and operational management software.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
