Job Title: Accounts ExecutiveLocation: Bangalore Experience: 1&ndash;2 Years Industry Preference: Candidates with experience in CA Office preferredJob Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and general accounting principles, with good working skills in MS Excel.Key Responsibilities:1. Accounting &amp; Bookkeeping<ul><li>Maintain accurate books of accounts on a regular basis</li><li>Record journal entries, purchase entries, sales entries, and bank transactions</li><li>Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny</li><li>Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities</li></ul>2. GST &amp; Taxation<ul><li>Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)</li><li>Reconcile GST data with books of accounts</li><li>Ensure compliance with GST regulations</li><li>Prepare and file TDS returns and maintain TDS records</li></ul>3. Invoicing &amp; Billing<ul><li>Generate and manage customer invoices</li><li>Ensure timely vendor payments and follow-ups</li><li>Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions</li></ul>4. Cash Flow Management<ul><li>Monitor daily cash flow and prepare cash flow statements</li><li>Track receivables and payables</li><li>Assist in managing working capital requirements</li></ul>5.
