Our team thrives on collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement.We are currently seeking a Bookkeeper to join our finance team and help manage day-to-day financial operations as we expand our business. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about accounting, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>General Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records for the company&rsquo;s logistics operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.</li><li>Invoice Management: Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for shipments, deliveries, and services provided. Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue payments.</li><li>Expense Tracking: Record and categorize company expenses, including fuel, maintenance, driver wages, insurance, and office costs.</li><li>Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing, including the verification of timesheets, tax withholdings, and benefits deductions.</li><li>Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including Profit and Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow reports.</li><li>Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation of tax filings, including sales tax, payroll tax, and quarterly estimated tax payments. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.</li><li>Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts. Investigate discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure accurate record-keeping of logistics expenses and revenue, ensuring alignment between financial data and company operations.</li><li>Software Management: Use accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) to manage financial data and streamline reporting.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
