This is a high-impact, operational support role focused on keeping sales processes accurate, organized, and moving efficiently.This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and very comfortable with technology. You will be responsible for managing data, coordinating customer-facing logistics, maintaining pricing accuracy, and supporting day-to-day sales operations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide direct administrative support to the Commercial Sales Manager and sales team</li><li>Serve as a point of contact for customer service inquiries via phone and email</li><li>Process and manage sales orders, quotes, and order tracking with a high level of accuracy</li><li>Maintain and update customer accounts, pricing, and product data in ERP systems</li><li>Perform website updates, including pricing adjustments and product changes</li><li>Coordinate and manage 70E customer training schedules, including scheduling, communication, and documentation</li><li>Process and monitor website and direct customer orders</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely updates to pricing structures across all systems</li><li>Manage the glove rotation program, including tracking customer glove inventory, monitoring testing schedules, identifying when gloves are due for retesting, and coordinating upcoming testing cycles</li><li>Assist with sales reporting, data entry, and account support</li><li>Identify and resolve order or service issues; escalate when appropriate</li><li>Support ongoing improvements to sales processes and workflows</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>2+ years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or sales support</li><li>Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Strong computer skills required (comfortable working across multiple systems and making real-time updates)</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)</li><li>Experience with CRM or ERP systems preferred</li><li>High school diploma required; Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li></ul>Preferred Experience<ul><li>B2B customer service or commercial sales support</li><li>Order processing, invoicing, or account coordination</li><li>Experience supporting a sales team or manager</li><li>Experience updating website content or pricing</li></ul>Why Join 70E Solutions<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Stable Monday&ndash;Friday schedule; no weekends, holidays or evenings</li><li>On-site role with a collaborative team environment</li><li>Opportunity to grow within a fast-growing, nationally recognized company</li><li>Mission-driven work supporting electrical worker safety and national defense</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Must be able to pass a background check</li><li>Must be able to commute to Butler, PA (on-site role)</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly, we encourage you to apply.Pay: From $24.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Associate (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Sales administration: 5 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Butler, PA 16001 (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
