Position OverviewThe Aesthetician delivers exceptional skincare services and personalized consultations while creating a warm, elevated guest experience. This role requires advanced knowledge of skincare treatments, product ingredients, and client care standards consistent with a luxury spa environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform professional skincare services including facials, exfoliation, extractions, peels, masks, and advanced treatments as certified</li><li>Conduct thorough skin analyses and recommend customized treatment plans</li><li>Educate guests on proper skincare routines, homecare regimens, and retail products</li><li>Maintain the highest standards of sanitation, hygiene, and safety in accordance with state regulations and spa protocols</li><li>Accurately document client consultations, treatments, and product recommendations</li><li>Support spa revenue goals through ethical retail and service recommendations</li><li>Maintain treatment rooms to luxury presentation standards at all times</li><li>Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and continuing education</li><li>Collaborate with spa team members to ensure seamless guest experiences</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Valid State Aesthetician License (required)</li><li>Minimum [1&ndash;3] years of professional experience preferred</li><li>Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, treatments, and skin conditions</li><li>Experience with luxury or resort spa environments preferred</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Professional appearance and demeanor</li><li>Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Client-focused service mindset</li><li>Attention to detail and cleanliness</li><li>Sales confidence without pressure</li><li>Time management and punctuality</li><li>Calm, polished, and professional presence</li></ul>Physical Requirements<ul><li>Ability to stand for extended periods</li><li>Manual dexterity for detailed facial and skincare work</li><li>Ability to lift up to [25] lbs as required</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive hourly rate plus commission and gratuities</li><li>Retail and service incentives</li><li>Ongoing education and training</li><li>Employee spa and product discounts</li><li>Supportive, professional spa culture</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hourWork Location: In person
