Aesthetician

Position Overview

The Aesthetician delivers exceptional skincare services and personalized consultations while creating a warm, elevated guest experience. This role requires advanced knowledge of skincare treatments, product ingredients, and client care standards consistent with a luxury spa environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional skincare services including facials, exfoliation, extractions, peels, masks, and advanced treatments as certified
• Conduct thorough skin analyses and recommend customized treatment plans
• Educate guests on proper skincare routines, homecare regimens, and retail products
• Maintain the highest standards of sanitation, hygiene, and safety in accordance with state regulations and spa protocols
• Accurately document client consultations, treatments, and product recommendations
• Support spa revenue goals through ethical retail and service recommendations
• Maintain treatment rooms to luxury presentation standards at all times
• Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and continuing education
• Collaborate with spa team members to ensure seamless guest experiences

Qualifications

• Valid State Aesthetician License (required)
• Minimum [1–3] years of professional experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, treatments, and skin conditions
• Experience with luxury or resort spa environments preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
