Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, microdermabrasion, peels , etc.
• Recommend suitable treatments and product solutions, upselling retail products effectively while maintaining a focus on client safety and satisfaction.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards in accordance with state regulations and industry best practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Utilize salon management software such as Vagaro to schedule appointments, update client records, process payments, and track service history efficiently.
• Engage with clients through social media management and guest services to promote ongoing loyalty and attract new clientele through positive online presence.
• Assist at the front desk by greeting guests, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and supporting overall salon operations seamlessly.Experience
• Valid CA state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices.
• Experience working in a med spa or luxury salon environment is preferred; knowledge of Med spa procedures enhances your ability to serve clients effectively.
• Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple appointments efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients on treatment options and product recommendations confidently.
• Knowledge of salon software platforms like VAGARO combined with social media management skills to promote services and engage with the community effectively.
