Licensed Medical Aesthetician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Medical Aesthetician to join our team at Salon Blissful Med Spa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients. As an Aesthetician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall client experience by offering personalized skincare solutions, performing various aesthetic treatments, and promoting our services effectively.

Duties

• Provide professional skincare consultations and recommend appropriate treatments based on individual client needs.
• Perform a variety of aesthetic procedures, including facials, Hydrafacials, microneedling, and chemical peels.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment.
• Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in aesthetic treatments.

Skills

• Strong retail sales skills with the ability to effectively upsell services and products.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients.
• Ability to manage time efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Knowledge of skincare products, techniques, and trends in the med spa industry.
• Must be trained and certified in Hydrafacial and microneedling.

Expectations

• Must be comfortable with networking within the salon
• Must be active on social media providing content
