Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product benefits, and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results and satisfaction.
• Conduct product demonstrations and retail sales to promote our skincare lines and aesthetic tools effectively.
• Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards across all treatments to ensure a clean, hygienic environment.
• Assist clients in selecting suitable treatments based on their individual skin types and aesthetic goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service by listening attentively, addressing concerns promptly, and fostering a positive experience from consultation to follow-up.
• Stay current with industry trends and new treatment techniques to continually enhance your skills and service offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in aesthetic services.
• Strong communication skills to clearly explain procedures and skincare advice while building rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe treatment environment.
• Background in aesthetics or related certification preferred; ongoing education in aesthetic treatments is a plus.
• Ability to perform multiple treatments efficiently while delivering high-quality results.
