About the Opportunity

Allure Cosmetics Center is seeking an ambitious, motivated, and entrepreneurial Medical Esthetician to join our growing aesthetic practice through a unique partnership opportunity.

This is an ideal position for an esthetician who wants the freedom to grow their own clientele while benefiting from the support, reputation, and resources of an established medical spa. Rather than a traditional hourly position, compensation is performance-based, allowing you to earn a percentage of the revenue generated from the services you perform.

You'll have access to a professional treatment room, support staff, marketing collaboration opportunities, and cross-referral programs with our existing patient base.

Responsibilities

• Perform esthetic services including facials, chemical peels, skincare treatments, and other services within your scope of practice
• Conduct client consultations and develop customized treatment plans
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Promote services through personal marketing efforts, networking, and community outreach
• Participate in collaborative marketing campaigns and referral programs
• Maintain treatment rooms and uphold all sanitation and safety standards
• Educate clients on skincare products and treatment recommendations
• Help grow the esthetics division through exceptional service and patient retention

Qualifications

• Active Esthetician License in Maryland
• Experience in medical aesthetics or advanced skincare preferred
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Comfortable building and maintaining a client base
• Experience with social media marketing is a plus
• Passion for aesthetics, skincare, and patient care

Compensation

Performance-Based Revenue Share

Compensation is based on a percentage of revenue generated from services performed. This opportunity offers significant earning potential for motivated professionals who are interested in building and growing their clientele within a supportive medical spa environment.
