Rather than a traditional hourly position, compensation is performance-based, allowing you to earn a percentage of the revenue generated from the services you perform.You'll have access to a professional treatment room, support staff, marketing collaboration opportunities, and cross-referral programs with our existing patient base.What We Provide<ul><li>Dedicated treatment room within our medical spa</li><li>Professional and upscale clinic environment</li><li>Front desk and administrative support</li><li>Marketing collaboration and promotional opportunities</li><li>Cross-referral opportunities with our aesthetic and medical providers</li><li>Flexible scheduling</li><li>Opportunity to build and grow your own brand within our clinic</li><li>Partnership-focused environment designed for mutual growth</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform esthetic services including facials, chemical peels, skincare treatments, and other services within your scope of practice</li><li>Conduct client consultations and develop customized treatment plans</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships</li><li>Promote services through personal marketing efforts, networking, and community outreach</li><li>Participate in collaborative marketing campaigns and referral programs</li><li>Maintain treatment rooms and uphold all sanitation and safety standards</li><li>Educate clients on skincare products and treatment recommendations</li><li>Help grow the esthetics division through exceptional service and patient retention</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Active Esthetician License in Maryland</li><li>Experience in medical aesthetics or advanced skincare preferred</li><li>Strong interpersonal and customer service skills</li><li>Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset</li><li>Comfortable building and maintaining a client base</li><li>Experience with social media marketing is a plus</li><li>Passion for aesthetics, skincare, and patient care</li></ul>CompensationPerformance-Based Revenue ShareCompensation is based on a percentage of revenue generated from services performed.
