Medical Aesthetician

Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including laser therapy, dermabrasion, dermaplaning, corrective facials with precision and care.
• Conduct skin analysis to recommend suitable treatments and personalized skincare routines tailored to each client’s needs.
• Educate clients on post-treatment care, product usage, and overall skin health to maximize results.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing equipment and ensuring a clean treatment environment at all times.
• Provide product demonstrations and retail consultations to enhance client satisfaction and support their ongoing skincare journey.
• Assist with scheduling appointments, managing client records, and ensuring an efficient flow of daily operations.
• Support the team by offering additional services such as nail care, deep tissue massage, or other wellness treatments when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state or local regulations.
• Strong Assessment and recommendation skills
• Proven experience in esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, dermaplaning, facials, product knowledge.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and best practices for maintaining a sterile treatment environment.
• Ability to perform retail sales effectively by recommending suitable products based on individual client needs.
• Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly and build lasting client relationships.

Pay: $30.00 - $80.00 per hour
