Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and laser therapies with precision and professionalism
• Conduct skin analyses and recommend customized skincare routines and products to meet individual client needs
• Deliver spa services such as waxing (body waxing), deep tissue massage, makeup application, and nail care to enhance overall client satisfaction
• Educate clients on skincare best practices, product demos, and the benefits of various aesthetic treatments to foster trust and loyalty
• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure client safety during all procedures
• Engage in retail sales by recommending appropriate skincare products and promoting ongoing treatment plans to support long-term results
• Build strong relationships through effective client communication, understanding their concerns, and providing exceptional customer service at every visit

Requirements

• Proven experience or certification in esthetician services, including skincare, facials, waxing services, and body waxing techniques
• Knowledge of esthetic laser treatments, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and other advanced aesthetic procedures
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain treatments and skincare recommendations to clients
• Demonstrated expertise in sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean treatment environment
• Ability to perform multiple aesthetic services such as makeup application, nail care, deep tissue massage, and product demos with attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that fosters client trust and satisfaction
• Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings or weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules

Pay: $24.93 - $30.02 per hour
