Job Summary
We’re seeking a Licensed Esthetician to join our team! This is a part-time position with flexible hours, perfect for professionals looking to grow in the medspa industry. We welcome new graduates who are eager to learn and deliver outstanding service. This role involves providing high-quality patient care, performing aesthetic procedures, and ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.

Duties

• Perform aesthetic services including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and other skincare treatments
• Conduct skin consultations and recommend personalized treatment plans
• Educate clients on skincare routines and products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment area
• Collaborate with Lush Health on promotions, content, and service offerings
• Deliver exceptional client experiences aligned with Lush Health’s luxury brand

Skills
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of the following skills:

• Active Esthetician License in Michigan (required)
• Self-motivated with an interest in growing a client base
• Strong passion for skincare, beauty, and client wellness
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Educate clients on skincare routines and product recommendations
• Commitment to learning and growing in the aesthetics field
• Professional, polished appearance and demeanor
