Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic services such as body waxing, facials, eyelash extensions, and makeup application with precision and care.
• Provide personalized consultations to recommend skincare routines and treatment plans tailored to each client’s skin type and goals.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly disinfecting tools and workspaces in compliance with health regulations.
• Utilize salon management software to schedule appointments, update client records, and process retail sales efficiently.
• Educate clients on skincare products and retail items to enhance their at-home routines and boost sales.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a positive experience that encourages repeat visits and client loyalty.

Experience

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license required
• Proven experience in body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, or related esthetic services preferred.
• Familiarity with salon software such as Vagaro or similar platforms for scheduling and sales management.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols in a spa or salon environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
• Experience with retail sales techniques to promote skincare products confidently.

Pay: $16.50 - $35.00 per hour
