Duties

• Be the first face that clients see when they walk in
• Answer phone calls, book appointments and help ensure a seamless client experience
• Check clients in and out while accurately collecting payments.
• Verify intake forms, consent forms, and required documentation before appointments.
• Manage appointment confirmations, reminders, cancellations, and waitlists.
• Perform advanced esthetic treatments including chemical peels and facials with precision and care
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines, recommended treatments, and retail options to enhance their beauty regimen
• Recommend and sell professional skincare products based on client needs.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment area in compliance with health regulations; ensure all equipment is properly sterilized after each use
• Engage with clients through excellent communication skills, listening attentively to their needs and providing personalized recommendations for skincare and beauty solutions
• Any additional services for the clinic

Requirements

• Valid esthetician license recognized by the state or relevant licensing authority
• Proven experience in esthetic industry
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a safe treatment environment
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients about treatments, products, and aftercare instructions
• Ability to perform a variety of services including facials and chemical peels
• Experience with retail sales of skincare products is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for product demos is a plus
• Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills to create a positive client experience in a fast-paced setting

• Active Utah State Esthetician License
• Experience with facials and chemical peels
• A professional and positive demeanor
• Organized and good communicator

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Experience:

• Aesthetic treatments: 1 year (Preferred)
• Esthetic laser treatment: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Esthetician License (Preferred)
