This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a lively, supportive setting that values innovation and professionalism.Duties<ul><li>Be the first face that clients see when they walk in</li><li>Answer phone calls, book appointments and help ensure a seamless client experience</li><li>Check clients in and out while accurately collecting payments.</li><li>Verify intake forms, consent forms, and required documentation before appointments.</li><li>Manage appointment confirmations, reminders, cancellations, and waitlists.</li><li>Perform advanced esthetic treatments including chemical peels and facials with precision and care</li><li>Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines, recommended treatments, and retail options to enhance their beauty regimen</li><li>Recommend and sell professional skincare products based on client needs.</li><li>Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment area in compliance with health regulations; ensure all equipment is properly sterilized after each use</li><li>Engage with clients through excellent communication skills, listening attentively to their needs and providing personalized recommendations for skincare and beauty solutions</li><li>Any additional services for the clinic</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Valid esthetician license recognized by the state or relevant licensing authority</li><li>Proven experience in esthetic industry</li><li>Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a safe treatment environment</li><li>Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients about treatments, products, and aftercare instructions</li><li>Ability to perform a variety of services including facials and chemical peels</li><li>Experience with retail sales of skincare products is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for product demos is a plus</li><li>Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills to create a positive client experience in a fast-paced setting</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>A supportive and welcoming team environment</li><li>A beautiful, brand new space with fully equipped treatment rooms</li><li>The opportunity to grow with a med spa committed to quality and care</li><li>Flexibility as we build out our client base together</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Active Utah State Esthetician License</li><li>Experience with facials and chemical peels</li><li>A professional and positive demeanor</li><li>Organized and good communicator</li><li>Passionate about skincare and helping clients feel confident</li><li>Willingness to be flexible with hours and grow with our business</li><li>Join us as a licensed Esthetician where your talent transforms lives!
