The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT recruitment along with exposure to HR operations and employee engagement activities.This role requires someone who can independently handle end-to-end recruitment for technical roles while also contributing to HR operations and culture-building initiatives.Key Responsibilities IT Recruitment (Major Focus Area)<ul><li>Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT profiles such as:</li><li>AI / ML Engineers</li><li>MERN Stack Developers</li><li>Backend / Full Stack Developers</li><li>QA Engineers (Manual &amp; Automation)</li><li>Business Analysts</li><li>UI/UX Designers</li><li>Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms</li><li>Conduct initial HR screening interviews</li><li>Coordinate technical interviews with internal teams</li><li>Manage offer negotiation and onboarding process</li><li>Maintain recruitment tracker and hiring reports</li><li>Work on employer branding initiatives</li></ul>HR Operations &amp; Employee Engagement<ul><li>Organize employee engagement activities and corporate events</li><li>Plan celebrations (Women&rsquo;s Day, Festivals, Birthdays, Team Events, etc.)</li><li>Handle joining and exit formalities.</li><li>Maintain employee records and HR documentation.</li><li>Assist in policy implementation and compliance</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Can you join immediately ?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>IT Recruitment: 3 years (Required)</li><li>AI ML Recruitment: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
