Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our growing IT organization in Mohali (Phase 8B). The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT recruitment along with exposure to HR operations and employee engagement activities.

This role requires someone who can independently handle end-to-end recruitment for technical roles while also contributing to HR operations and culture-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

IT Recruitment (Major Focus Area)

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT profiles such as:
• AI / ML Engineers
• MERN Stack Developers
• Backend / Full Stack Developers
• QA Engineers (Manual & Automation)
• Business Analysts
• UI/UX Designers
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms
• Conduct initial HR screening interviews
• Coordinate technical interviews with internal teams
• Manage offer negotiation and onboarding process
• Maintain recruitment tracker and hiring reports
• Work on employer branding initiatives

HR Operations & Employee Engagement

• Organize employee engagement activities and corporate events
• Plan celebrations (Women’s Day, Festivals, Birthdays, Team Events, etc.)
• Handle joining and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in policy implementation and compliance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
