Senior HR Executive

About Us:
Devstudio is a dynamic and fast-growing IT services company committed to fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. We are seeking a skilled Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations with a strong focus on technical recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on technical roles (developers, QA, DevOps, designers, etc.), including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and oversee all HR documentation.
• Manage attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in HR analytics, generating reports and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for employees.
• Support performance management processes, employee engagement programs, and organizational culture initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
• Leverage HR tools and HRIS systems to streamline workflows and maintain HR metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in end-to-end HR operations, with strong expertise in technical recruitment.
• Hands-on experience managing attendance, payroll, and HR analytics.
• Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS tools and MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, HR policies, and employment laws.

Preferred:

• Experience in a tech company or recruiting for IT roles.
• Exposure to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
• Knowledge of advanced sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).

Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM (On-site)

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
