C&B and HR Officer

1. JOB PURPOSE

The C&B and HR Officer acts as a key operational partner to the C&B Manager (UAE) in the administration of the group’s total rewards framework and incentive systems. The role is designed to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness through data-driven support, while simultaneously providing dedicated assistance to the HR Manager (Pakistan) in managing local benefits, policy adherence, and administrative excellence.

Key Accountabilities (Up To Max. 6)

Compensation & Benefits Support

· Framework Assistance: Support the C&B Manager in the implementation of the group compensation framework to maintain equality, fairness, and market equilibrium.

· Analysis: Assist in the research and analysis required for the creation of C&B strategies and salary structures.

· Insurance Coordination: Help manage medical, life, and workmen compensation insurance for the group, ensuring data accuracy and renewal support. Incentive & System Operations · Incentive Management: Provide operational support for the incentive module, ensuring variable pay changes are processed in line with due policies.

· Oracle Maintenance: Regularly update Oracle to ensure KPIs and plans are accurately assigned for new hires, promotions, and transfers.

Job Evaluation & Documentation

· JD Custodian: Prepare and update job descriptions (JD library) to ensure they reflect current role requirements.

· Evaluation Support: Assist in formal job evaluations to establish the relative worth of roles for budgeting and position upgrades

Performance Management (PMS) · Cycle Coordination: Support the end-to-end performance management cycle, including objective setting and review tracking.

· Guidance: Assist staff with the technical aspects of the PMS process to ensure timely completion.

HR Policies & Regional Support

· Policy Compliance: Support the review and update of HR policies; assist in proposing ways to make policies more accessible to the workforce.

· Pakistan Regional Admin: Provide direct support to the HR Manager (Pakistan) for local administrative tasks, employee investigations, and office-specific HR initiatives.

Reports and Documentation: Prepare monthly reports detailing HR status, highlights potential issues, opportunities and make recommendations. Support in documenting employee investigations as and when required.

Compensation & Benefits analyst will be associated with the Organization development team and assist line manager with compensation & benefit practices to implement overall compensation & benefits framework to maintain equality, fairness and transparency.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES

Qualification (e.g. Academic Qualification, Certifications, Licenses)

· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent.

· HR certifications like CCP, GRP, CIPD, SPHR & CCP is preferred.

Experience

· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the Rewards Management/Compensation & Benefits domain.

· Experience within a large diversified group or a reputable HR consulting firm.

· Prior experience in a Shared Services or Offshore/Global Support environment is a significant advantage.

· Proven experience in designing/tracking KPIs and managing structured appraisal cycles.

· Advanced Data Analytics & Process Mapping: MS Excel, Visio.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 per month
