1. JOB PURPOSETo support effective credit risk management and receivables control by preparing accurate and timely ageing, past due, and credit loss reports across all BUs. The role is responsible for delivering reliable financial insights, monitoring overdue exposures, and coordinating closely with collection teams to ensure data accuracy, compliance with reporting standards, and informed decision-making.2. ACCOUNTABILITIESCredit Operations and Reporting: Prepare and distribute the Major Past Due Report, highlighting critical overdue accounts daily basis. Calculate and report the AFG Closing Receivable Balance based on invoice dates. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of daily receivables data to support effective decision making.Credit Risk &amp; Ageing Review: Generate the Automotive Customer Ageing Report on a weekly basis. Analyze receivables ageing trends and identify potential credit and collection risk areas.Credit Risk Assessment &amp; ECL Calculations: Compile and distribute the Automotive Customer Ageing Report, providing detailed analysis of customer payment behavior and ageing movements. Prepare the EPICO Customer Ageing Report, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of receivables for the EPICO segment. Develop the Tajeer Leasing Ageing Report, offering insights into receivables ageing specific to the Tajeer Leasing portfolio. Perform Expected Credit Loss (ECL) calculations for the Automotive sector in compliance with applicable financial reporting standards, ensuring accurate estimation of credit losses.Monthly End Calculations Review: Liaise with collection officers to obtain updated remarks on month-end customer balances for Automotive and Tajeer Leasing segments. Review and update all customer balances to ensure completeness, accuracy, and effective receivables management.Qualification (e.g. Academic Qualification, Certifications, Licenses)Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Commerce or equivalent field.Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail.Knowledge of credit management principles, receivables monitoring, and financial compliance.Experience3 to 4 years of minimum experience in credit management and finance operationsExperience in Automotive industry is preferred.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Receivable Analyst

Job Purpose: Develop robust financial management reports for covering key financial and non-financial KPIs; including cash flow forecast. Maintain the ERP systems, carry out monthly general ledger closing. Produce financial statements in line with IFRS/IAS. Coordinate with External and Internal auditors for timely completion of Audit. Ensure timely VAT reporting and adherence to the VAT regulations. Preparation of Corporate tax returns. This includes providing support in day-to day activities to develop capabilities and enhance professional knowledgeKey Tasks Audit Process: Coordinates with external audits to facilitate timely completion of interim and final audits.Accounting: Ensure adequate recording of investments, loans, overdraft (OD), fixed assets and complex derivative as per International Accounting Standard (IAS/IFRS). Monitor all transactions raised by the Team to ensure accuracy of transactions. Prepares timely Group Vat returns and works with Group Controller to ensure compliance.Support team with year-end valuations, IT developments and other accounting initiativesManagement Reporting: Develop robust financial management reports for covering key financial and non-financial KPIs. Consolidate individual BU reports prepared by BU teams into overall Group reportImprove focus on cash flow reporting. Develop tools to improve automation and impact of reporting. Ensure timely delivery of re-occurring /adoc reports with accuracy.Statutory Reporting : Produce financial statements in line with IFRS/IASFinancial Planning and Analysis: Develop robust group forecasts, in particular cash flow forecasts, consolidating individual BU forecast into over Group position. Maintain close relationship with Group Treasury on future cash flows.For new business development opportunities not under the remit of BUs, assist Group Controller on Investment Analysis (IRR, NOV etc).System Maintenance: Ensure Group ERPs and Qlik Sense are functional, covering the key requirements of the Group.
