HR Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all HR functions across the organization. This role will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for building a strong people strategy, ensuring compliance, driving performance, and fostering a culture of accountability using data-driven tools such as Hubstaff.

Reporting Structure

  • Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
  • Direct Reports:
  • HR Executives / HR Officers
  • HR Operations / Payroll Staff (if applicable)

The HR Manager will work closely with the CEO as a key strategic partner, providing insights on workforce performance, productivity, and organizational health.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision and CEO’s directives
  • Advise the CEO on organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent strategy
  • Establish, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and governance

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning
  • Ensure timely hiring aligned with business priorities
  • Monitor recruitment effectiveness and hiring KPIs

Employee Relations & Performance Management

  • Design and manage performance management systems and KPIs
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance management
  • Ensure consistent and fair application of HR policies

Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs and implement development programs
  • Support leadership and succession planning initiatives
  • Measure effectiveness of training programs

Compensation, Benefits & Payroll

  • Oversee compensation planning, salary reviews, and incentives
  • Ensure payroll accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation compliance

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
  • Lead HR audits and risk mitigation initiatives

HR Operations & Hubstaff Oversight

  • Oversee HR operations, HR systems, and reporting
  • Ensure effective use of Hubstaff for time tracking, attendance, productivity monitoring, and workforce accountability
  • Review Hubstaff reports and present productivity insights to the CEO
  • Work with department heads to address productivity gaps highlighted through Hubstaff data

Culture & Engagement

  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and wellbeing initiatives
  • Promote a high-performance, transparent, and accountable work culture
  • Conduct engagement surveys and implement improvement actions

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The HR Manager’s performance will be evaluated based on the following KPIs:

Recruitment & Workforce KPIs

  • Time-to-hire and hiring quality
  • New hire retention rate
  • Workforce planning accuracy

Performance & Productivity KPIs

  • Percentage of employees with defined KPIs
  • Performance review completion rate
  • Productivity, attendance, and time utilization metrics from Hubstaff

Engagement & Retention KPIs

  • Employee turnover and retention rates
  • Employee engagement scores
  • Absenteeism trends

Compliance & Operations KPIs

  • HR policy compliance rate
  • Payroll and HR documentation accuracy
  • Audit outcomes and corrective action closure

Learning & Development KPIs

  • Training completion rates
  • Internal promotions and skill development outcomes
  • ROI on training initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 7 to 10 years of HR experience, including a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR governance, and best practices
  • Experience working closely with senior leadership or CEOs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs125,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore Johar Town: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Master's (Preferred)
