Act as a
strategic partner
to corporate functions, aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive organizational performance, enhance culture, and ensure operational excellence across HR processes.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with functional heads to understand business goals and develop aligned HR strategies.

Provide data-driven insights for workforce planning, succession management, and talent development.

Drive organizational change initiatives to support business transformation.

Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure timely recruitment of critical roles.

Develop competency-based hiring profiles for corporate roles.

Oversee structured onboarding for corporate hires to accelerate integration.

Facilitate goal-setting, performance reviews, and talent calibration sessions.

Partner with managers to create a high-engagement work environment.

Partner with L&D to deliver leadership and functional skill-building programs.

Use analytics to recommend continuous improvement in HR services.
Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 8-10 years of relevant HR experience in an engineering setup.

Proficiency in SAP HCM (Human Capital Management).

Practical knowledge of Decibel HRM software.

Strong exposure to corporate environments in engineering, construction, or manufacturing sectors.

Proven experience in stakeholder management and strategic HR alignment.

Experience in HR Business Partnering with a focus on strategic HR delivery.

Demonstrated ability to apply agile thinking in dynamic HR environments.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Education

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
