We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and manage all human resources functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

This role requires a proactive leader who can build a positive workplace culture, support organizational growth, and act as a bridge between management and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best HR practices
  • Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
  • Design and implement training and development programs
  • Support management in organizational planning and workforce strategy
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Address employee grievances professionally and confidentially
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
