CommerceKind is HIRING – HR Executive

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive who can manage core HR operations, support employee lifecycle processes, and help build a strong, compliant, and people-first workplace culture.

Work Details:

➜ Office Location: Paragon City, Lahore

➜ Working Days: Monday to Friday

➜ Timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM PKT (Flexible Hours)

The Role:

➜ Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding

➜ Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records management

➜ Maintain and update employee data in HRM systems

➜ Support payroll coordination, attendance, leaves, and benefits administration

➜ Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices

➜ Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures

➜ Assist in performance management cycles, appraisals, and confirmations

➜ Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications

➜ Support offboarding processes including clearances and exit documentation

➜ Assist in drafting HR policies, SOPs, and official communications

What We’re Looking For:

➜ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

➜ 1–3 years of experience in an HR or People Operations role

➜ Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and labor compliance

➜ Experience with HRMS / HRM tools and MS Excel or Google Sheets

➜ Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills

➜ High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity

➜ Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

➜ Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
