Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to support day-to-day human resource operations. This role is ideal for someone starting their HR career and eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and policies
  • Coordinate employee attendance, leaves, and basic payroll inputs
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communications
  • Handle basic employee queries and escalate when required
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Internship or trainee experience in HR
  • Familiarity with ATS or HRMS systems
  • Knowledge of labor laws (basic understanding)
