Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our team in Johar Town, Lahore. This 3-month Unpaid internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, work on exciting projects, and develop your professional skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

- Assist in posting job openings and screening resumes.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.

- Participate in the interview process and provide feedback.

Onboarding and Orientation:

- Help organize and facilitate new hire orientation sessions.

- Prepare onboarding materials and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.

Employee Records Management:

- Maintain and update employee records and databases.

- Assist in the preparation and updating of HR documentation.

HR Projects and Initiatives:

- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, providing support and contributing ideas.

- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

Administrative Support:

- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

- Handle general HR inquiries and assist with day-to-day HR operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration.

- Strong interest in HR and a desire to learn and grow in the field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
