Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Support the HR team in identifying suitable candidates for technical and corporate roles.
- Use LinkedIn and other platforms to search, engage, and communicate with potential candidates under supervision.
- Assist in using AI-based tools to support candidate sourcing, screening, and basic HR tasks.
- Help maintain HR records, employee files, and databases in HR management systems.
- Provide support in onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee transitions.
- Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, certificates, and internal policies.
- Support payroll coordination and basic leave management tasks.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Provide support during performance review and appraisal cycles.
- Learn and stay updated on HR best practices, company policies, and emerging AI applications in HR.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or prior internship/entry-level HR experience preferred.
- Confident and extroverted personality with a strong interest in engaging, interacting, and building connections with people.
- Good social and communication skills with a professional and active LinkedIn presence.
- Familiarity with candidate sourcing through LinkedIn or other recruitment channels is a plus.
- Interest in learning and using AI tools for HR and recruitment processes.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
