Job Title: Assistant Human Resources (Assistant HR)

Job Summary

Al Haadi Mobilya is seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant HR to support daily human resources operations. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee records management, attendance tracking, and coordination of HR activities to ensure smooth HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
  • Assist in attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
  • Handle basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Support performance appraisal and employee documentation processes
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and company procedures
  • Coordinate training sessions and internal HR activities
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (fresh candidates may also apply if suitable)
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the furniture or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Familiarity with HR software or attendance systems
