HR Generalis & Admin intern

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist & Admin with 1–2 years of experience to manage day-to-day human resources and administrative operations. This role involves close coordination with both morning and night shift teams and hands-on responsibility for core HR functions as well as office administration.

Key Responsibilities:HR Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
- Manage onboarding and exit processes
- Monitor attendance, timesheets, and leave records
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
- Support the implementation of HR policies and internal communications

Administrative Responsibilities:

- Handle daily administrative and office coordination tasks
- Prepare HR letters, reports, and official documentation
- Maintain and manage administrative and HR-related data
- Coordinate effectively with both morning and night shift teams
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Skills & Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in an HR & Admin or Generalist role
- Strong understanding of HR operations and office administration
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to work in a mixed shift schedule (morning and night)
- Well-organized, dependable, and able to multitask

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
