Job Title: Admin Officer / Administrative Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin Officer with 1–2 years of experience to manage daily administrative operations, ensure smooth office functioning, and provide support to different departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office administration and operations
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation
  • Handle attendance records, leaves, and basic HR coordination
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance staff
  • Ensure availability of office supplies and stationery
  • Support management with scheduling, correspondence, and reports
  • Assist in onboarding documentation and employee records
  • Handle basic procurement and inventory management

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Basic knowledge of HR and office policies is a plus
