We’re Hiring: Customer Support Officer (CSR)

eShaafi is looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Support Officer to join our team.

Location: DHA, Phase VIII Lahore (Onsite)

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Experience: 0–6 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound calls and respond to WhatsApp queries
• Assist patients with bookings, rescheduling & general inquiries
• Collect patient feedback on doctor behavior and service quality
• Manage doctor rosters, shifts & appointment updates
• Share daily reports and maintain THU sheets
• Escalate issues related to payments, call quality & technical concerns
• Coordinate with corporate partners and manage official WhatsApp groups
• Confirm lab test bookings, update records & ensure discount codes are shared

Required Skills:

• Strong communication skills
• Basic reporting & documentation skills
