Order Management
Answer inbound calls and Online customer and take orders for a variety of dairy products.
Accurately record customer orders in the company's order management system.
Verify and confirm order details with customers to ensure precision.
Customer Service
Address customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Handle complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
Maintain a polite and professional tone with customers at all times.
Product Knowledge
Stay updated on the company's product catalog, including new launches and seasonal items.
Provide customers with recommendations based on their needs.
Coordination and Communication
Communicate order details to inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
Notify customers about any order changes, delays, or promotions.
Record Keeping and Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of orders, cancellations, and customer feedback.
Prepare daily order reports for review by the Customer Service Manager.
Upselling and Promotion
Inform customers about special offers, discounts, or new products to boost sales.
