Customer Sales Executive

Job Summary:

VapeMall is hiring a Customer Sales & Support Executive for our online Department. This role focuses on handling inbound and outbound customer calls, assisting with online orders, resolving customer queries, and achieving monthly sales targets. This is a commission-based position with strong earning potential for target achievers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
  • Assist customers with online product inquiries and order placement
  • Convert calls and inquiries into confirmed sales
  • Follow up with customers on pending and repeat orders
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide after-sales support
  • Maintain accurate call logs and order details
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets
  • Coordinate with operations and delivery teams for smooth order processing

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in call center sales or customer support (preferred)
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills
  • Sales-driven mindset with ability to close calls
  • Comfortable working with targets and a commission-based structure
  • Basic computer skills (CRM, WhatsApp, order systems)
  • Education: Intermediate or above preferred
