Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can actively generate quality leads and projects through platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and Email Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and close projects for Marketing & IT services

Upwork bidding and profile management (proposals, follow-ups, negotiations)

LinkedIn lead generation and outreach (Sales Navigator preferred)

Cold & warm email marketing campaigns

Client communication, requirement gathering, and deal closing

Maintain CRM / lead tracking sheets

Meet monthly sales and revenue targets

Required Skills & Experience

1–3 years of experience in Business Development (Agency experience preferred)

Strong experience with Upwork bidding & project acquisition

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach & Email marketing

Understanding of Digital Marketing & IT services

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Self-motivated and target-oriented
