'Account Executive' will be responsible for performing specialized accounting tasks required to maintain the organization's general ledger. Reporting directly to the Accounts Manager, the tasks will include assisting in accurately recording the revenues, expenditures, assets and liabilities of the organization.

'Accounts Executive’ will have the following responsibilities:

  • Keep liaison with the banks on a daily basis to settle routine issues as and when needed
  • Regularly help prepare and maintain the company’s P&L Statement, Balance Sheet
  • Assist their assigned team and effectively undertake tasks & responsibilities to ensure timely, accurate & proper bookkeeping
  • Prepare bank reconciliation statements on a monthly basis
  • Prepare bank payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, and journal vouchers
  • Assisting in the handling of tax returns as well as calculation & timely settlement of all applicable taxes (WHT, ST, etc.) and other such deductions
  • Coordinate with the external auditor and facilitate the annual audit
  • Prepare all invoices as per contracts and agreements with the company's customers along with the complete handling of these invoices till final delivery & their settlement
  • To verify and thoroughly check all bills upon receipt and, consequently book the liabilities
  • Complete petty cash handling and maintaining of the cash book
  • Ensuring timely payments of all bills and invoices
  • Timely reconciliation of the sub-ledger with the general ledger
  • To undertake all other relevant tasks and duties that may be assigned by the Management from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
