Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Tax Manager to join our finance and accounts team. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of Sales Tax, Income Tax, and Corporate Taxation with hands-on experience in dealing with FBR portals, tax return filings, and tax audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns and Sales Tax Returns (STRN).
• Managing Withholding Tax matters, including statements and reconciliations.
• Handling FBR correspondence, audits, and notices.
• Preparing tax reconciliations, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with Income Tax Ordinance 2001 and Sales Tax Act 1990.
• Coordinating with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Advising management on tax planning, exemptions, and compliance strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
• Professional qualifications (e.g., CA Inter, ACCA, ICMA) will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in taxation (preferably in the textile or manufacturing sector).
• Strong command over IRIS and FBR portals.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
