Mid Level Accountant (Canadian experienced)

Location: Thokar Niaz Baig, Multan Road, Lahore
Timings: 05:00 PM – 02:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with experience handling Canadian clients. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in bookkeeping, payroll, and tax compliance, along with excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & General Ledger)
• Perform bank reconciliations in QuickBooks Online & Xero
• Prepare invoices and bills accurately and timely
• Prepare and file GST/HST returns in compliance with Canadian tax laws
• Process Canadian payroll, including T4 & T4A preparation
• Handle monthly closings and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, sales tax, and corporate tax regulations

Requirements:

• ACCA Qualified / Affiliate / Part-Qualified (minimum 9 exams passed)

OR Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• Minimum 2 years of experience serving UK, US, or Canadian clients
• Hands-on experience in payroll processing (Canadian experience preferred)
• Strong command of QuickBooks Online & Xero
• Solid knowledge of GAAP, Sales Tax, and Corporate Taxes
• Expertise in Payroll, Bookkeeping, AP/AR, and Monthly Closing

English Communication:

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Minimum 7/10 communication proficiency
