Position: B.Com Intern – Accounts & Finance

Job Summary:

Harris Silicones & Glass Pvt Ltd is offering internship opportunities for B.Com graduates/freshers in the Accounts & Finance department. This internship is designed to provide practical exposure in a manufacturing environment and may lead to a full-time employment opportunity based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily accounting entries and bookkeeping
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes
• Maintain financial records and ledgers accurately
• Assist in bank reconciliation and cash records
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents
• Support inventory-related accounting and stock records
• Assist in monthly closing and audit preparation
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of records
• Enter and manage data in ERP systems (Odoo)

Requirements:

• B.Com (Fresh graduates or final semester students)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
• Basic knowledge of taxation and inventory accounting
