Lead Generation & Upwork Bidding Intern (Fresh Candidates Welcome)

We are hiring a motivated Lead Generation & Upwork Bidding Intern to support our business development efforts in the US market. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or students who want to build a career in digital marketing, freelancing, and sales.

No prior experience is required — training will be provided. However, candidates must be confident in English communication and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in lead generation through LinkedIn (searching, connecting, messaging)
• Identify relevant projects on Upwork and similar platforms
• Write and send basic proposals (training will be provided)
• Maintain records of leads, responses, and follow-ups
• Communicate with potential clients professionally
• Support senior team members in closing deals

Requirements

• Fresh graduates or students are encouraged to apply
• Minimum Bachelor’s (completed or in progress)
• Good English communication skills (written & spoken)
• Well-groomed and professional attitude
• Basic understanding of marketing/sales (preferred but not required)
• Willingness to work in US time zone (night shift in Pakistan)
• Strong learning mindset and discipline

Compensation

• Stipend: PKR 10,000/month
• Commission: Performance-based commission on projects won
• Hands-on training in LinkedIn lead generation & Upwork bidding
