Ecommerce Intern

We are looking for a motivated E-Commerce Intern to support our online business and digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and updating WBM’s e-commerce platforms, including product listings and online store content.
• Support digital marketing campaigns across social media, email newsletters, and paid ads.
• Monitor website traffic, online sales, and customer engagement to identify trends and insights.
• Coordinate with logistics, inventory, and customer support teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Help improve the online shopping experience through content optimization and product promotions.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and emerging e-commerce tools to support strategy.
• Assist in generating reports on sales performance, marketing campaigns, and digital growth.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Daraz, etc.) and digital marketing.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
