BD Intern

Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic BD Intern to support our business development team in client acquisition through Upwork and other freelancing platforms. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn proposal writing, bidding strategies, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying relevant projects on Upwork and other platforms
• Draft and submit proposals under supervision
• Understand client requirements and help tailor proposals accordingly
• Maintain records of bids, responses, and project outcomes
• Conduct basic market and competitor research
• Support in lead generation and client follow-ups
• Coordinate with team members for project-related information

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of freelancing platforms (Upwork preferred)
• Willingness to learn proposal writing and bidding strategies
• Good research and analytical skills
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
