Job Title: Business Development Intern (Remote Client Acquisition)
Location: Wapda Town, Lahore
Timings: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (US Hours Overlap)
Duration: 3 Months (Leading to Full-Time Opportunity)
Stipend: PKR 15,000 – 20,000

Role Overview:
We are looking for motivated fresh graduates to join our Business Development team, working closely with our staff augmentation model focused on the US market.

This role involves actively applying to remote job opportunities, engaging with hiring managers, and driving interview opportunities for our internal talent pool. It is a hands-on role designed to build strong fundamentals in client acquisition, outreach, and follow-up management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and apply to relevant remote job opportunities (primarily US-based) across platforms.
• Manage daily job applications on behalf of the company for client acquisition.
• Conduct follow-ups with recruiters and hiring managers via LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
• Track application status, responses, and interview pipelines.
• Coordinate internally with the recruitment team to align candidate profiles with job requirements.
• Assist in communication with potential clients during early-stage discussions.
• Maintain organized records in CRM/sheets for tracking outreach and conversions.
• Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize response and interview conversion rates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Fresh graduates encouraged).
• Strong communication and written English skills.
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn, job portals, and online research.
• Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline.
• Target-driven mindset with willingness to work in US shift hours.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a performance-focused environment.
