Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven BD Expert who specializes in Upwork bidding and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, submitting winning proposals, and maintaining strong client relationships.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms</li><li>Write customized, high-converting proposals to secure projects</li><li>Analyze client requirements and craft tailored solutions</li><li>Communicate with clients to understand their needs and close deals</li><li>Maintain a pipeline of leads and track bidding performance</li><li>Follow up with potential clients and maintain long-term relationships</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project requirements are met</li><li>Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience in Upwork bidding / freelancing platforms</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to write persuasive proposals</li><li>Understanding of IT services, digital marketing, or software development (preferred)</li><li>Knowledge of lead generation and client handling</li><li>Self-motivated with strong negotiation skills</li></ul>Preferred Requirements:<ul><li>Experience working with international clients (UK/US market preferred)</li><li>Familiarity with CRM tools and proposal tracking</li><li>Basic understanding of project estimation and pricing</li></ul>KPIs / Performance Metrics:<ul><li>Number of bids submitted daily/weekly</li><li>Conversion rate (bids to projects won)</li><li>Revenue generated</li><li>Client retention rate</li></ul>Work Location: In person
