Location: Punjab (Candidates must be willing to be deployed anywhere in Punjab as per business needs) Job Type: Full-timeEducation Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Fine Arts, Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field.</li><li>Additional certifications/diplomas in fashion sketching, CAD, or design software will be an advantage.</li></ul>Experience Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience as a sketcher, fashion illustrator, or in a related design role.</li><li>Experience in textile/fashion industry preferred.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities1. Design &amp; Illustration<ul><li>Create detailed fashion sketches, technical drawings, and illustrations based on design concepts.</li><li>Develop sketches for garments, prints, embroideries, and patterns as per creative direction.</li><li>Collaborate with designers to visualize and refine product ideas.</li></ul>2. Technical Development<ul><li>Prepare clear and accurate technical drawings for production teams.</li><li>Ensure correct proportion, detailing, and presentation in sketches.</li><li>Support in preparing mock-ups, design boards, and digital files.</li></ul>3. Coordination &amp; Support<ul><li>Work closely with design, product development, and sampling teams.</li><li>Assist in converting design ideas into workable prototypes.</li><li>Provide input in fabric, color, and pattern selection based on sketches.</li></ul>4. Job DescriptionPosition: Dyeing Manager Company: Motifz Textile Pvt. Ltd. Location: Punjab (Candidates must be willing to be deployed anywhere in Punjab as per business needs) Job Type: Full-time Salary: PKR 150,000 &ndash; 175,000Education Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (B.A. or equivalent).</li><li>Additional certifications/diplomas in Textile/Dyeing Technology will be an advantage.</li></ul>Experience Requirements<ul><li>5&ndash;7 years of proven experience in textile dyeing operations.</li><li>Minimum 4 years in a supervisory/managerial role within a dyeing/processing unit.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities1. Production &amp; Process Management<ul><li>Oversee the entire dyeing process to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency.</li><li>Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for dyeing.</li><li>Optimize recipes, chemical usage, and machine performance to reduce cost and waste.</li><li>Ensure timely execution of orders as per production schedules.</li></ul>2. Quality Control &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Monitor shade matching, fastness properties, and overall fabric quality.</li><li>Ensure compliance with international standards (ISO, Oeko-Tex, etc.).</li><li>Conduct regular checks to minimize re-dyeing and rejection rates.</li></ul>3. Team Management<ul><li>Supervise dyeing operators, shift in-charges, and support staff.</li><li>Train and develop team members on dyeing techniques, machinery handling, and safety.</li><li>Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.</li></ul>4. Col. or equivalent rank, compulsory).</li><li>Minimum 10&ndash;15 years of disciplined service with proven administrative/command experience.</li><li>Strong background in administration, security, discipline enforcement, and legal compliance.</li><li>Knowledge of Labour Laws, Industrial Relations, and Legal Procedures (Labour Courts, Arbitration, Govt. dealings).</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (Master&rsquo;s preferred but not mandatory for ex-army officers).</li></ul>Key Responsibilities1. Administration &amp; Office Management<ul><li>Supervise and control day-to-day administrative operations of the company.</li><li>Ensure strict discipline, punctuality, and SOP compliance across all departments.</li><li>Maintain company assets, infrastructure, and facilities.</li></ul>2.
