Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating banking operations, trade finance, import and export documentation, letters of credit, foreign remittances, treasury operations, compliance, and financial reporting. The candidate will also coordinate with banks, shipping lines, clearing agents, freight forwarders, overseas suppliers, and relevant regulatory authorities.

Required Qualifications

• B.Com, BBA, M.Com, MBA (Finance), ACCA, CA Inter, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Candidates with experience in the Textile Manufacturing and Retail Industry will be preferred.

Required Expertise

• Banking operations and documentation.
• Import and export documentation and procedures.
• Letter of Credit (LC) operations — Local and Foreign.
• Usance and Sight LC processing.
• Import and Export Contracts.
• Bank Guarantees (BG), Shipping Guarantees (SG), and SBLCs.
• Pakistan Single Window (PSW) and WeBOC.
• Customs clearance documentation and GD process.
• Shipping documents including Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Insurance, and related documents.
• Foreign remittances and SBP/FE Circular compliance.
• Trade Finance operations.
• Treasury and cash flow management.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Basic knowledge of Sales Tax and Income Tax.
• FBR and SECP compliance.
• Costing and inventory management.
• Financial reporting and MIS.
• Budgeting and financial analysis.
• Coordination with banks, shipping lines, clearing agents, freight forwarders, and overseas suppliers.

Technical Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel, including:
• Pivot Tables
• XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP
• INDEX-MATCH
• IF Formulas
• Power Query
• Charts and Dashboards
• Data Validation
• Conditional Formatting
• Automation
• Microsoft Word.
• Professional email drafting and business correspondence.

Preferred Experience

Candidates having experience in the Textile Manufacturing and Retail Industry, particularly in handling Trade Finance, Imports, Exports, and Banking Operations, will be given preference.
