Job Title: Accounts Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Officer to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support the finance team in day-to-day accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and be comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and invoices.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable efficiently and accurately.
  • Reconcile bank statements and prepare periodic financial reports.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
  • Support internal and external audits as required.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely processing of financial transactions.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in accounting or finance roles.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: PKR 50,000 – 60,000 per month

Working Hours & Days

  • Monday to Saturday
  • 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experienced in handling accounts in small to medium-sized companies.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Fluent in English and Urdu.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
