What You’ll Own

• Act as the single point of contact for assigned clients
• Lead day-to-day client communication, alignment, and confidence
• Translate creative briefs into clear, executable action plans
• Coordinate closely with operations, field teams, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure timelines, quality, and brand standards are never compromised
• Manage feedback, revisions, and post-campaign reporting like a pro

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Prior experience in brand activation, advertising agencies, FMCG client servicing, or service-based organizations
• Hands-on exposure to trade marketing, retail execution, merchandising, field operations, activations, or events will be a strong advantage
• Proven ability to manage clients, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to safeguard both client relationships and company interests
• Detail-oriented, solution-focused, and execution-driven mindset
• FMCG industry exposure will be considered a significant plus
